Too bad the wrong person died...Maung Maung was a stooge of Ne Win, who
wrote the 1974 constitution which steered Burma into the gutter where 
it is now. Wouldn't it be nice if Shu Maung (Ne Win) or Khin Nyunt dided?

I wonder what Yale taught in those days? I think Bush was a graduate
