_Freedom from Fear_ is published by Viking Books (a subsidiary of
Penguin), and first came out in hardcover in 1991.  It is edited
by Michael Aris.  I've seen it around in paperback recently (I'm in
Toronto).  Check with your local good bookstore:  they'll be able
to tell you more or even order it for you if you give them the
publisher, correct title, author/editor, etc.
