Showing "Beyond Rangoon"

Beyond Rangoon is the first feature movie of it's kind in the world. It 
is an elaborate drama set against the back drop of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi 
and the gross human rights violations in Burma today. The movie is due to 
be released in Australia on the 12th September 1995.

A special screening, the first in Australia, will be held at;

	The Theatre-ette, Parliament House, Canberra, on

		the 28th August 1995 at 7.30 PM.

The Australian Parliamnetary Friends of Burma and the Australian 
Foundation for Democracy invite you to attend the screening, enjoy 
savouries and meet with Members and Senators of Australian Parliamnet who 
have worked tirelessly to help secure Daw Aung San Suu Kyi's release.
