Since long time ago, say a couple of decades, many people from Burma
started to come over India to look for a better life. The first
comers were from Chin hills which shares with Mizoram Sate of India.
The common language encouraged them to mix up with local people.
The socialist made in Burma forced Burmans to flee away through the
international borders as well. To Mizoram the majority of immigrants
found a place in the hand-loom industry in Mizoram.
