re videos -films heroin burma

heroin films, are there any good documentaries on heroin traffic from
burma, and are their us government funds available to creative film
makers for antiheroin documetary which will ofcourse target burma for
this drug production traffic export 

if the us has a war on drugs, then it should be a delcared - or
undeclared - war on slorc and its partners from PepsiCo, Unocal, Total
and all its coy contributors. 

where do we send for federal funding on films, do you have the anati
narcotics washington numbers that may help?
