Free Burma WWW is faster

http://sunsite.unc.edu/freeburma/ is now running on
a Sun Microsystems UltraSparc.  (ie- it's faster.)

There will be 2 more perceivable increases in speed.
1. Next week when two machines are joined with a full
100mbit ethernet link.
2. 4 weeks from now when UNC opens up it's T3 connection
(which is already installed).  This improvement in delivery
time will be dramatic for most of our users.

Everything remains working as it has, only faster.
