Is there something wrong with this news story? Burma is the largest producer
of heroin in SE Asia. Burma just pardoned Khun Sa the drug king-pin. UNDCP is
having a meeting in Burma? Is UNDCP staffers anything to do with either SLORC
or Khun Sa? It just doesn't sound right.
