create ad for major newspaper

we have received donation offers from individuals
who wish to contribute to the cost of posting a 
political advertisement in a major newspaper.

is someone coordinating this?
if so, please give me details & contacts and i'll
make a info-webpage for it.
if not, i do recall that it was suggested and did
sound like a good idea.  can someone become in 
charge of this?
