There is a company called "Faxaway", which uses computers 
to forward faxes at local rates - if I remember correctly.
You provide the list of fax numbers and the material to
be sent. That is all. I have deleted all material they 
sent me once since I had no need whatsoever for such a 
service, but I'll try to locate them somehow. 
Somebody in the States should also look up the Yellow Pages.
