The incumbent will provide leadership, develop and aggressively grow 
our
distribution channels in the assigned countries.  Immediate 
challenges
include growing the quality and quantity of the current reseller 
channels,
both system dealers and retail, and growing unit sales aggressively 
to
deliver annual sales plan.

He/She is expected to formulate and implement effective business 
plans &
sales strategies; and identify new busienss opportunities, including 
major
procurement drives in the countries.  He/She will manage the monthly 
sales
forecast and manage the budget allocated for these countries.

Requirements :

* Degree in business, engineering or computer science

* Minimum five years solid experience in sales management in the 
personal
computer industry or related fields is required.  Experience in 
marketing
is an added advantage.

* A strong knowledge and successful track record in channel 
management,
retailing, sales and general management is essential.  Familiarity 
with
fiscal management will be an added advantage.

* Ability to build and maintain relationships with major customers,
government and non-government organizations.

* Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
