Sandar Win's son in Southern CA

I have learn from 2 independent sources that Karen community
in Bakerfield belive that Sandar Win's son, a grandon of Shu Maugn (aka)
Ne Win, is attending school is LA area. He is guarded by SLORC's
dogs agents where ever he goes.
 
Does anyone knows about this?
 
Also, Khin Nyunt son was in San Jose area for about a year and
returned to Burma after failing an medical extrance exam. From 
a recent karen elder that Khin Nyunt father was one of the person
who shoot Gen. Aung San at the cabinet meeting. His name was
Mon(sp) Gyi. He was subsequently sent to the gallow.
