Does anyone know the current status of the connection?
The only catch is that you could go to jail for 3 to 5 years if you
are caught with a computer and a modem which effectively give you
zero-bandwidth. 33.6K modem cost about 100 bucks now...
Let see -- 64kps for, say entire Rangoon.
That's about 1 bit/sec/person...
