It's All a Question of Numbers

Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad recently stated that the best way
to give greater freedom and quality of life to the Burmese peoples would be
to have Burma join ASEAN this July.  Asked what would reverse ASEAN's
decision to admit Burma, Mahathir said "perhaps, if Myanmar's governent
slaughtered five million people".
