Does anyone has a copy of draft constitution of Democratic Alliance of 
Burma that was adopted on July 1993 ? If you have, please e-mail to

mail. send a seperate e-mail]. I would be most grateful if anybody inform 
me of where I could find that draft & will happy to contribute postage
etc if required.
