Radio Free Burma has completed the change of name from Democratic Voice 
of Burma-Sydney. The new graphics on the website are the final stage of 
that change.

The change was made to avoid confusion with the Democratic Voice of 
Burma-Oslo, broadcast on Radio Norway. We are happy that program also is 
available now on the web.

Also at the BurmaSong site, another clandestine recording of Daw Aung San 
Suu Kyi speaking has been posted on her page. This recording was featured 
on an earlier program of Radio Free Burma.

David Arnott has kindly made available a copy of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi's 
video address to the United Nations Commission on Human Rights. Portions 
of that tape will be posted in RealVideo format in the near future at 
BurmaSong.
