Capt. Kaung Zan Oo was releasing an order to the chiefs of villages
to purchase paddy from villages of Kabaw Valley, Tamu township in

paddy for the Army ration at the rate of (7) baskets (Tinn) per acre
accord Rangoon to meet and discuss with leaders of SPDC regarding
Chin National Day programs. No agreement is reached so far.
In that programme, a Chin National Day memorial stone pillar will erect in
Tamu. Everybody can inscribe the names of their late family members on
that stone pillars by donating 5000 Kyats for a name to the celebrating
committee.
Although the celebrating committee wants to invite the Chin people who are

authorities
of Tamu ordered to committee that no foreigner would not be allowed to
hold
