This guy has a wed-page on internet posted from Tokyo, Japan. He and I had
regular contact until last year. He strongly critized the regime and supported
the democratic forces that he wrote.

But he later changed his mind since he has been engaged by the business
community in Japan and the military regime of Burma to make money for his
persnal life.

To deal with the regime in Burma, he has to show that he is no longer
supporting the democratic forces. Thus, he wrote this article to SPDC's
Embassy in Tokyo that OKKA relayed on this BurmaNet-1.
