Correct dates of SPDC- Peace Develo

Now I am sending you the informations about what the (SPDC-State Peace
Developement Concil)have treated our Karen people since 5/1/98 to 8/2/98 in
Luthaw township, Mutraw District(Papun District). This is a letter from
Luthaw Township,Mutraw Distric who is  
one of the people who always has to face the hard life in the deep jungle
and lost everything. There are photos regarding what the SPDC troops have
done to this District.

Dear peace lovers,

The aim and objectives and the major task of the Burmese military
Government which changed their names one after another which is now known
as (SPDC-State Peace Developement Concil) is to wipe out Karen people and
other Nationalities in this land. Killing the inocent people, let them
starving and died, let them sick and died in the deep jungle, doing all
these are their pleasure. This is a game that Burmese Government one after
another amuse themselves on our Karen people and other Nationalities for
years here in this country.
We are being hate because we are Karen.
 
They send their troops to destroy our paddy fields, to distroy us, burnt
alive some of our people to death, to wipe out us in this land. Are all
these kind of actions, can we call "Peace Developement" for our Karen
people?.It is very clear to the world.

The Burmese people did not created this world , this earth, this country.
God created this world for all living things, we should live peacefuly,
justicly together and help one another. Now I am sending you the events in
our Luthaw Township, Mutraw Distric for you to know and see how things are
very clear what the (State Peace Developement Concil-SPDC) is doing right
now. This is the major task that the SPDC has to carry out, not for "Peace
Developement". The name and the action are not match together.

On 5/1/98 the (SPDC -State Peace Developement Concil) troops LIB(704) burnt
down Bler Gaw villagers paddy as listed below.
