The SPDC is really enforcing its law aganist U.S. officials the regime was
received  a $3.8 million aid from Washington.  

But The SPDC did not ban some U.S. officials when RP firms in Washington, DC
brough them officials to Rangoon. 

Maybe the PR firms gave the idea to the regime. Who knows?
