Rumours does not amount to Democrat

Rumours does not amount to Democratic Practice

11-Apr-1998, (Saturday)

A piece of new is an account of an event presented with all the
characteristics of authentic news. It must accurately mention who are
involved, where, happened in the end. A new item which does not
mention these facts is an imcomplete one or false one, or a fabricated
one or even just a rumour.

These kind of rumours does not amount to democratic practice.
Breaking the stability of a country does not amount to exercising
democractic rights. Democractic practices are those that do not cause
physical or mental disturbances to others in the least, that do not
hurt or others in the least, that do not hurt or harm others, that are
not destructive, that respect the law and that which promotes the rule
of law. Democracy must goes together with responsibility.

Only if such conditions can at least be created and made to prevail in
Myanmar will it be deserving for one and all to enjoy democractic
rights.

I respect all the people who struggling for developement of the
country and democracy.

Best regards,

Mr. SOBA
