Salai Tin Maung Oo Memorial Day

23rd anniversary of Salai Tin Maung Oo was marked in New Delhi on 26-6-98.
It was organized by Chin Student's Union (CSU) and all pro-democracy
groups participated. 
The ceremony started with prayer service and one-minute silence.
NCGUB minister and the Chairman of ABSL delivered the speeches.
The biography of Salai Tin Maung Oo was read and distributed.
A paper in salute of Salai Tin Maung Oo was read.
Lushai women leader delivered a speech.
Vote of thanks by Salai Aung Dun (CSU)

That was not the first year Tin Maung Oo memorial Day was marked in Delhi.
The news was broadcast from RFA on the next morning.
