Vietnam Oppose call on "Constructive Intervention"

Recently, some member countries of ASEAN planned to adopt a new call
"Constructive Intervention" which would allow member countries to
critise each other. The plan is to put up in the upcoming "ASEAN"
meeting in Manila.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam on Friday Opposes the new
call and comments "The basic principle of ASEN is nonintervention in
each other?s affairs and to discuss matters in a consensus manner
among member countries".
