On today, 29.8.1998, GN 32 held emergency conference as a
1</font><font size=3D3><sup>st</font></sup><font size=3D4> day. GN 32 made
decision on the Board of Directors, who are take responsible during 1997,
leaded irresponsibly to GN 32 activities. These peoples were leaded to
the GN 32 for paralyzed and absent to get fund for GN 32 activities.
Didn=92t use GN 32 fund for environmental activities. Absent to call
conference when finish their term. When finish the entire fund in GN 32,
they themselves resign from the Board of Directors. Lack of kept GN 32
materials and etc..=A0 So, from this conference take action to these
peoples, they have no rights to elect as a Board of Director and no have
rights to vote within four years. This action no necessary to thinking
before their appeal to the GN 32 next conference.<br>
