GREEN NOVEMBER 32 EMERGENCY CONFERENCE DECISION


                                                      Date-30.Augest 1998

The emergency conference of the Green November 32 was held on the 20,Augest
to 3o Augest,1998 in Thailand.
The GN32 member who participated in the conference elected (5) member as
board of directors.they are....

(1) Dr Em Merta                    (president )
(2) U Thein Win                   (coordinator & finance)
(3) Ko Daung Ni                  (Administration)
(4) U Myint Aung                ( Joint - B.D )
(5) Khing Myo Min Aung    ( Joint - B.D )

The Followings are the objectives that were laid down by the emergency
conference.

(1) The GN 32 will endeavor to stand steadily in future Burma.
(2) The GN 32 will implement the tasks of preventing natural resource and
environmental destruction,not only in Burma ,but it will also participate
regionally and internationally.
(3)The GN32 strongly states its commitment to the Human rights issues on
the basis of the international standard rights that were approved by the
United Nations, and the GN32 will continue its struggles on these issues.
