I think his traditional name given by his folks was Xhu Mao (Shuu Maung as
pronounced in Burmese). He later changed it to Ne Win when every one in the
thirty comrades needed new name like Tayza (for Gen. Aung San), Letya,
Setkya...etc.. He picked Ne Win.
General Aung San never wished to remain in his anonymous name. So he was, in
both underground and overground activities during the independence struggle,
well known only as Aung San.
But Xhu Mao died and Ne Win was born in 1943 in one of the Japanese fascist
Houses.
This is the sharp difference between two main political characters of Burma.
One, Gen. Aung San was a builder of the country and people's hope, another,
Ne Win is a destroyer of the coountry and their inspiration and morale.
Aung San will forever remain a Thakin Aung San.
Ne Win will forever remain a Fascist Ne Win.

Thanks for your poem,
While looking for rythm for it, please try to avoid inadvertent distorting of
facts.
