Real NMSP' statement on NLD: An exa (r)

I heard the news that Okkar would post Fake NMSP' statement on Burmanet
about couple weeks ago. I heard it someone from NMSP HQ in Burma-Thai
border.  That is while I keep the real MNSP's statement in order to show
Burmanet readers the truth.
