Burma Finds Loop-Hole in Internatio

Subject: Burma Finds Loop-Hole in International Sanctions

Burma Finds Loop-Hole in International Sanctions likely with the help
of Washington, D.C. area spin doctors, et.al.

Burma/ Myanmar is doing business through its embassies worldwide and
Burmese nationals living abroad as aliens or citizens of a country. And
other than the usurious requirement that Burmese citizens abroad pay a
large amount of their income to embassies or lose their passport or
visas.

The Embassy in Washington, D.C.USA and Bangkok, Thailand have setup
business and have buiness profiles in the cities and on the internet. A
notible example of this are their internet sites. The original

www.myanmar.com is set up through a Burmese national with US citizenship
called Thomas Winn just outside of Washington, D.C. He was in Burma on
business when the Rangoon Post tried to interview him.

The Japanese site is in Osaka, Japan and the newest has a mailing
address in Rangoon, Burma except that it actually operates from a small
town outside of London, England.

The Burmese Embassy is connected to another Burma/Internet Business
setup also outside Washington, D.C. Apparently they didn't indentify
themselves as part of the 'So-Called' government of Burma.

What is to be done about this loop-hole?
