Students and Youth Congress of Burma
(SYCB)

Students and Youth Congress of Burma is an umbrella organization and it was
formed in January 1996 with the aim to strengthen the students and youth
organizations of Burma and to increase understanding and cooperation amongst
their fighting against the  military dictatorial regime in Burma.
The SYCB consists of ten students and youth organizations from both Thailand
and India sides representing different nationalities of Burma.

(2) All Burma Students? Democratic  Front (ABSDF)
(3) All Burma Students League (ABSL)
(4) All Kachin Students? and  Youth Union (AKSYU)
(5) Chin Students? Union (CSU)
(6) Democratic Party for New Society (DPNS)
(7) Karen Youth Organization (KYO)
(8) National League for Democracy  Liberated Area <Youth> (NLD-LA <Youth>)
(9) Overseas Mon National Students? Organization (OMNSO)
(10) Pa-O Youth Democratic Organization (PYDU)
