Marine police arrest Burmese

Marine police yesterday arrested two Burmese men and seized two M16 rifles
in a search of a fishing boat at the shore of Ban Khao Nang Hong in Tambon
Pak Nam of Muang district.

Found in the boat were the two Burmese, Soe, 19, and Maung, 20, and two M16s
with four magazines and 132 rounds of ammunition.

The two Burmese were charged with illegal entry and possessing war weapons.
They were being held for further investigation.
