Quake on India-Myanmar border-HK Observatory

HONG KONG, April 6 (Reuters) - An earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter
scale with an epicentre around the border between India and Myanmar was
recorded by the Hong Kong Observatory at 6.37 a.m. (2237 GMT) on Tuesday.

The earthquake's centre was initially determined to be about 570 km (340
miles) east-northeast of Calcutta in India.
