THE MILITARY ELITE CLASS

The generals in Burma are worshipped like Gods by the middle ranking
and low ranking military officials. Why? Because the generals are the
protectors of their welfare. Let alone  the welfare of the people. Let
alone to help restore democracy  for the people. They are just
concerned about  their promotions while the general public are 
suffering from the worsening economy. No wonder the NCGUB, the exiled
government  and concerned dissident Burmese groups are trying to push
G-8 nations to do something about Burma. Intelligence reports reveal
that G-8 nations do have something of a plan for the Burmese situation.

There is dissent and outrage among middle ranking officers like Major
Tin Maung Aye of Pa-An, Karen State who was just transferred from Kok
Khaing to the Karen State without any  official explanation or any
promotion. He has been extremely angry at the decision about  his
transfer from Kok Khaing where he received loads of bribery and got
rich. 

Despite the fact that the generals have been ruling the nation by
force, they do know the people have no reason to like them. They also
know that they made several pivotal mistakes in their life-time.
Considering the fact that some major decisions made this year made the
regime's image worsened, whoever agreeed to make such decisions  are
obviously megalomaniac and not listening to reason at all.

One intelligence officer, who is a captain in the army, now living in
Philadelphia mistakenly acknowledged that he received 5 million Kyats
as a bonus , not because he has any shares in any businesses in Burma
but just because he is an intelligence officer working in the United
States to collect information on dissident activists, watch another spy
in New York City [ Jeanne Hellacy's reporting on spies sent to watch
other spies is factual ]and do anything to remove sanctions on his
bosses' regime.
