According to intelligence sources, Japan has just paid a few million dollars
to the generals' club in Burma for the purpose of education, to enhance
educational facilities in Burma, that is for the people. The regime in Burma
is supposed to spend the money to build educational facilities in the whole
Burma. Yet the money seems to have gone somewhere else for some other
purposes or into the pockets of the generals or shared among the partners of
the SPDC Holdings. Yet Japan may have asked the regime to prove how the
money was going to be spent. As a result, according to the freebie nature
of the generals in Burma, construction companies have been asked to build
schools and educational facilities free of charge, of course , for the state
so to speak, at the expense of the construction companies. Owners of such
construction companies are now compalining about the forceful proposal made
by the regime.
