31 resign from Yenangyaung Township NLD

YANGON, 20 June-Thirty-one members resigned from National League for
Democracy of Yenangyaung Township, Magway Division.


    Thirty-one members of Yenangyaung Township NLD, 
Magway Division, of their own volition, resigned by 
sending letters of resignation to Yenangyaung Township 
Multiparty Democracy General Election Commission and 
the party concerned on 1 February 1999 as they no longer  wished to
participate in party politics of NLD.

50 resign from Aunglan Township NLD

Similarly, fifty members resigned from National League 
for Democracy of Aunglan Township, Magway Division.


    Fifty members of Aunglan Township NLD, Magway 
Division, of their own volition, resigned by sending 
letters of resignation to Aunglan Township Multiparty 
Democracy General Election Commission and the party 
concerned on 16 March 1999 as they no longer wished 
to participate in party politics of NLD.
