27 members resign from KhinU Township NLD


YANGON, 25 June -Twenty-seven members resigned from the 
National League for Democracy of KhinU Township, Sagaing 
Division.


    Twenty-one members of KhinU Township NLD, Sagaing Division, 
of their own volition, resigned by sending letters of 
resignation to KhinU Township Multiparty Democracy General 
Election Commission Office and the party concerned on 10 
February 1999 and six members followed suit on 16 February 
1999 as they no longer wished to participate in party politics 
of NLD.
