The Only Way to Improve Rangoon is to Remove the Military Regime

  Rangoon and all of Burma was better off before the military took over.
The military is for defense not for governing.  No military person
really knows how to do their given Non-Military jobs.  You need Lawyers
for laws and judges, accountants to handle money, technicians for
support and maintenance and military for defense( not offense).

  People are poor and impoverished in Rangoon because the military both
takes away their money and lives and spends most of the money on
themselves and for military equipment.

  They must HONESTLY earn the support of the people, not falsify it by
coercing the participants to join. Freedom of choice is that of the
people, not the government and especially not the military's.
