CLARIFICATION: U TIN OO'S STATEMENT

In the unofficial translation of U Tin Oo's speech concerning the Tatmadaw,
we incorrectly translated that U Tin Oo had attended the Third Course at
the Defence Service Academy. 

U Tin Oo had in fact in the thrid batch of Officer Training, before the DSA
was established. We deeply apologise for the confusion caused by this
error, and thank U Richard Myint for drawing it to our attention.
