Update: APPEAL TO DISCOURAGE TOTAL

Subject: Update: APPEAL TO DISCOURAGE TOTAL DOING BUSINESS WITH BURMA SPDC.

Thank you SAW AUNG KHIN.If others would do the same and email me
directly, I will collect emails together and deliver to Presidential
Palace. Be sure to send a written signed letter directly to President
Chirac.

I will also take excepts and edit them in an upcoming book to be
published next month IN A BOOK SECTION ENTITLED 'LETTERS TO PRESIDENT
CHIRAC' in a LETTER APPEAL CAMPAIGN DIRECT TO THE FRENCH PRESIDENT

It is not something he would choose to ignore bearing in mind his open
invitation to Daw Aung San Suu Kyi last December to the 50th anniversary
of the Declaration of Human Rights, in Paris, December 10 1998.
