58 members resign from Letpadan Township NLD


YANGON, 30 Aug-Fifty-eight members resigned from the 
National League for Democracy of Letpadan Township, 
Bago Division.

    Fifty-eight members of Letpadan Township NLD, 
Bago Division, of their own volition, resigned by 
sending letters of resignation to Township 
Multiparty Democracy General Election Commission 
and the party concerned on 7 May 1999 as they no 
longer wished to participate in party politics 
of NLD.
