 YANGON, 9 Sept -  Foreign  military  attaches  in
  Yangon and  officers of the  Ministry of Defence
  played  friendly Golf Course this morning.  Dean
  of the foreign military  attaches Col Vladimir I
  Kontchakov  of  Russian   Federation,   Tatmadaw
  (Army,  Navy  and  Air)   officers  and  foreign
  military  attaches  took  part  in the  friendly
