   Why doesn't the regime respect the sovereignty of the Shan, Rhohingyas, 
Karen, Mon, Thais and many other groups ??   There is a 'Christian' rule "Do 
unto Others as You would have them Do unto you"  also a western saying 
"Practice What you Preach".
