Anyone on America Online are limited to 30K messages. But the B-Net Editor
has a point, try to cut some of the junk (ends)of multi-replies off your
replies and mail to reduce message size.

Dear Suscribers to burmanet-l
Many messages sent to the list have bounced recently for various reaons.
One of the main problems is that messages being sent are too large. Please
be sure any messages sent to the list do not exceed 40k. Sometimes messages
sent out with html text expand the size of the message. Please be sure to
send your message in plain text format. Also, burmanet-l cannot distribute
attachments because many subscribers do not have the capacity to download
them. If you are trying to send an attachment, please copy the contents
into the body of a message and send.
With the recent change in distribution to an unmoderated list, messages from
non-subscribers are also bouncing. Messages sent to burmanet-l must come
from an account that is subscribed to the list. If you would like to
subscribe, please see the instructions below. If you are already a
burmanet-l subscriber but your messages bounce, it is possible that the mail
is being forwarded to you from another account, or some variation of your
email address is the account name. Please check your burmanet-l welcome
message to verify which address is subscribed to the list, and send any
messages from that account.
Sincerely,
BurmaNet Editor
