SPDC distributes Poisonous Foods

identified as follows:

1. Rice that was poisonous - It is inflammable like petroleum when put
into a naked flame.

2. Bean Vermicelli - When roasted, it melts and becomes like a plastic
substance.

3. Cooking oil - said to be infected with germs from infected persons.

Sources from the Burmese soldiers said that they had seized this food
from the Burma-India border and it was redistributed for ethnic
cleansing in the Shan State. Our Shan States people (principally the
rural dewellers) should be careful of these dangerous foods.
