They are no heroes! (r)

NLD had already denounce it. Daw Su may silently refer in her mind to her
father's word "Ta Lwer Hsanbin Kaung Nay Dae" that means "The hair is growing
strong on the wrong plase" in this regard.

This only gives others ammunition and excuse to label them as "armed rebels"
 or "terrorists".

This was no bravery. This is a setback and disgrace and disrecpectful,
 especially for our neighbor Thailand.

If they were really brave, they would find a way to get into the inner
circle and assassinate KN or MA. Security around them is not as tight as
one might think and I believe you can easily infiltrate them if you try hard
enough or know the right people to approach. Besides, KN public appearance
around the country makes it quite vulnerable and easy! Every heard of
 sharp-shooter?

My point here is that there are other ways of getting the world's attention
than putting a gun to some innocent's head.

Granted, no one gets hurt this time but what happens next time?

And for those who still think the PLO or IRA would not get this far (if they
did not commit violence,) why don't you then tell these "armed rebels" to
start kidnapping one person each day or throw a bomb downtown Rangoon or
Mandalay every week to speed up peaceful political process in Burma? I like
to see where that is going to lead.

The bottom line? Violence will only be met with violence and give them an
excuse to repress people more just like what Israeli and the British did.
