Anybody can legally become a husband of a woman over 18 years of age if
she love and choose him to marry.
It doesn't matter whether he is rich or poor, handsome or ugly, educated
or fool, healthy or unhealthy. 
If anyone married a woman against her will it is called rape (life long
rape). That kind of rape is not only destroy the physical and mentality
of the woman but also destroy her life, her future, her dream and her
future lives after death. It will be worst if the rapist is incompetent,
cruel, cunning, proud, foolish, selfish, ugly and without true friends.  

The peoples in Burma are like the woman in the above example. She cannot
married the husband of her choice.
