Letter to Thai the Government in Su (r)

Subject: Re: Letter to Thai the Government in Support Cooperation with Refugees and Exiles

I wonder who wrote the below letter, ABSDF or Burmese refugees or exiles in
Thailand ? because the letter quoted Naing Aung. Has ABSDF become an exile
organization in Thailand, and it is no longer a revolutionary status?

Respectfully

Htun Aung Gyaw
