Accessory to the crime?



Cant the US federal govt be responsive to enforce its laws? I would
think this is in their jurisdiction and responsibility, having once been
alerted to the problem. Their failure to act on it would make them
complice? Accessory to the crime? And subvert declared and legislated
government policy? ds
