[burmanet2-l] World Bank takes part

Subject: Re: [burmanet2-l] World Bank takes part in UN mission to Myanmar

According to my USG informant:

The SPDC visa ban exemptions are:
to attend UN (opening of UNGA etc) and IMF/World Bank meetings.
They annually attend the Asia Society event as it is part of their
itinerary in NY for UNGA and is allowable under the ban.
