SPDC'S ART: CORRUPTING ADVERSARIES

Reminder of the Gisard (French President 70s) who lost the1980
presidential election to Mitterand (installed then for 14 years) because
of the African diamonds "gift" scandal...the voters had had enough. A
few stories back home will send Hall out on his rear end! why doesnt
someone write it up and send it to the local papers.
