You dont need a calculater for this. Given govt estimates that some ten
times the product gets through, imagine how much is getting through,
even if these guys aren't working for spdc just to make some nice drug
bust news, for the image of the drug dealing junta. There sure is a lot
of dope going out of Burma... Maybe US Govt figures should be doubled,
at least. But they use satellites, not dogs. Doesnt Hong Kong or
Singapore or Malaysia use dogs to something, anything, besides eye
catching personnel?
