<font size=4>We, Pa-O women had a firm historic to fight against the
fudalists, fascists and dictators along with men in our history. We, Pa-O
women also believe that there is no prospect to get peace and prosperity
for the people in Burma unless we eleminate the military regime. We Pa-O
women also decide to join hands with other ethnic national brothers and
sisters to wipe out the military junta. Only then we can get democracy,
human rights and self-determination. That's why we, Pa-O women have set
up ?Pa-O Women Union? on Thai Burma border on 5 November 1999.<br>

Aims and objectives<br>

promote Pa-O literature and culture.<br>

promote the life of Pa-O women.<br>

promote the ideas of human rights and democracy among Pa-O people.<br>

join hands with other democratic movements striving for common

Function<br>
<br>
Because of the oppression and of the military junta, we, Pa-O women
decide to join hands with the other women organization and democratic
movements striving for rights of self-determination, and democracy.
Therefore, we, Pa-O women need your help and sympathy inorder to carry
out the activities as mentioned below:<br>

training course.<br>
2)<x-tab>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</x-tab>To issue the news
and bulletins.<br>
3)<x-tab>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</x-tab>To carry out the
responsibility of women and children.<br>
4)<x-tab>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</x-tab>To help Pa-O
refugees on Thai-Burma border.<br>
5)<x-tab>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</x-tab>To help illegal Pa-O
women who are in trouble.<br>
6)<x-tab>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</x-tab>To give them
knowledge and education how to communicate with the other democratic
organizations and international community.<br>
7)<x-tab>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</x-tab>To teach them Thai
and English lessons.<br>

Therefore we, Pa-O women union decide and pronounce to join hands with
other democratic movements striving for democracy, women rights, NGOs and
international community.<br>
